Because this product makes direct contact with your delicate eye area and due to strict public health, hygiene, and sanitary regulations, we enforce a strict zero-return policy. This is to guarantee that every single mask shipped is 100% pristine, hygienic, and never-before-worn. Please note that our return policy may vary for future product categories. Any updates will be reflected on this page.

Why We Have This Policy

We have this policy because our customer's safety is our top priority. Our 100% silk sleep masks are carefully crafted, and if we accepted returns/exchanges they would be contaminated for the next customer due to the nature of the product. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@luleberii.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually. If the product arrives structurally damaged and passes the individual case review at our discretion, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. 

Cancellations may be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order by contacting us by email. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as they are processed promptly to get your package to you ASAP.
