What is the Luleberii™ sleep mask made of?

Our sleep mask is crafted from 100% pure mulberry silk inside and out, known for its ultra-soft texture and skin-friendly properties.

What size is the sleep mask?

Our mask is designed to fit most face shapes comfortably. The adjustable velcro strap ensures a secure, personalized fit. You can choose to have it looser, or tighter according to your preference. It is 11 cm wide, and 68 cm long (length of the full strap).


Will the mask block out all light?

Yes, the mask is designed to provide full light-blocking coverage for a deeper, more restful sleep. It’s special design blocks out 100% of light whilst also being lash-friendly and skin safe.

 

How does silk interact with my nightly face creams?

Traditional cotton fibers are naturally highly absorbent, which can gently draw moisture and delicate evening formulas away from your skin overnight. In contrast, our premium silk features a beautifully low-absorbency weave, helping to preserve your skin’s natural hydration and keeping your evening skincare right where it belongs. Because the silk allows your creams to rest on your face rather than soaking deep into the fabric, gentle movement at night may leave a touch of surface-level residue on your mask. Please rest assured this is entirely natural, it is simply a sign that your skincare is staying on your skin to do its work. Refreshing your mask is simple, as the smooth fibers release surface oils easily with a gentle hand wash in cool water following the Care Guide.


Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship locally within Hong Kong and provide complimentary local shipping. Worldwide shipping is coming soon!

 

What is your return policy?

For your health and safety, all sleep masks are Final Sale. Because this product makes direct contact with your delicate eye area and due to strict public health, hygiene, and sanitary regulations, we enforce a strict zero-return policy. This is to guarantee that every single mask shipped is 100% pristine, hygienic, and never-before-worn. Please note that our return policy may vary for future product categories. Any updates will be reflected on this page.

We have this policy because our customer's safety is our top priority. Our 100% silk sleep masks are carefully crafted, and if we accepted returns/exchanges they would be contaminated for the next customer due to the nature of the product. We appreciate your understanding.
